2024 Selection

Out of 157 (!) applicants, TaC is able to sponsor 37 young talents through four years of secondary school. A new record for us, but applications are also on an all-time high.

Applicants present themselves for an interview, ideally accompanied by their guardian, are shortlisted according to transparent criteria and finally visited unannounced at their homes to verify the information. The committee members drive miles on dust roads and walk through bush and fields to reach the homes, often mud houses.
