Sam's Fundraising Marathon

Congratulations to Sam, one of our UK Board Trustees, who recently completed the Helsinki Marathon, in support of Teach a Child Africa. Sam Sherburn's JustGiving fundraiser raised £1,516 from friends, family and colleagues for Teach a Child, enough to fund around 3 years of secondary education for one child.

We are particularly glad of regular donations, which you can set up via direct debit or through the Charities Aid Foundation - details of which are on our website. Some employers also offer regular giving schemes where you can claim tax relief on your donation and an employer match, making a relatively small amount donated individually go even further. These regular donations mean that we have assurance of regular income for student funding.
